Green Man has announced the line-up for its 2026 festival, with Wolf Alice, Four Tet, Wilco and Mogwai all set to headline. Find all the details below.
Wales’ largest independent music, science and arts festival, will return to the Brecon Beacons between August 20 and August 23. Tickets for this year are now sold out, but resale tickets are available exclusively via Tixel.
Mogwai are set to top the bill on the Thursday night (August 20), with Wilco closing out the main stage the following evening (21). Four Tet will then perform a headline slot on Saturday (22), before Wolf Alice close the fourth and final day (Sunday August 23).
Other acts confirmed for across the weekend include Baxter Dury, Sparks, Dry Cleaning, Shame, Westside Cowboy, Anna Calvi, The Beta Band, Cate Le Bon, Mannequin Pussy, Sorry, Daniel Avery, Cat Power, Charlotte Church’s Pop Dungeon, Adult DVD, Horsegirl, Panic Shack and many more.
According to organisers, Green Man is “dedicated to booking and platforming the future of live music talent, from its Green Man Rising competition, which offers grassroots artists an opportunity to submit music for a chance to receive essential insight from music professionals who are actively working within the industry, and a coveted opening slot on the Green Man Mountain Stage, to booking future headliners long before the mainstream festival circuit.”

In a five-star review of Green Man 2023, NME called the event “an understated triumph of the festival season”. “It’s a simple, yet enticing introduction to the playground of music, science, art and theatre that lays beyond: a space that revels in its seemingly boundless remit,” it read.
The review also hailed “the festival’s calm, friendly atmosphere” and its commitment “to look to the future and new trails being blazed”.
Last year’s edition hosted headline performances from Kneecap, Wet Leg, Underworld, TV On The Radio and Beth Gibbons. The 2025 festival also saw CMAT perform a cover of Catatonia’s classic single ‘Road Rage’ during her set.
In other news, 2026 headliners Wolf Alice picked up the Best Group award at the BRITs 2026 last weekend. The band also delivered a theatrical performance of their single ‘The Sofa’ during the ceremony.
At the event, they spoke to NME about their upcoming show at London’s Finsbury Park – which marks their biggest headline concert to date.
“I’m very excited. I’m not nervous yet, but it has got an amazing line-up. It’s a dream come true to play there, so we’re very happy,” said drummer Joel Amey.
