Microsoft has confirmed the first wave of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass this October – check out the full list below.
Last month, 19 new titles were confirmed for Xbox Game Pass (including Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and RuneScape: Wilds) while a bumper 18 titles were announced to be leaving the subscription-based service.
Now Microsoft has confirmed all the games coming to Xbox Game Pass in the first half of October 2026. “Hope you’ve been having fun digging in with Bravo Squad for Gears of War: E-Day or clearing the dungeons in Minecraft Dungeons 2 . When you’re ready for your next game, we’ve got more coming at you including some you might remember from our Xbox Games Showcase this past summer,” they wrote in a dedicated blog post.
All the titles coming to Xbox Game Pass this October 2026:
- Minecraft Dungeons 2 – out now for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Keeper – out now for Premium, joining Ultimate and PC
- Gears Of War: E-Day – out now for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Echo Weaver – October 8 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Forever Ago – October 8 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Neon Abyss 2 – October 8 for Ultimate, Premium and PC subscribers
- Battlefield 6 – October 13 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Deep Dish Dungeon – October 13 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Valor Mortis – October 13 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Blue’s Happy Snaps – October 15 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Chained Beasts – October 15 for Ultimate and PC subscribers
- Beyond These Stars – October 16 for Ultimate and PC subscribers

A few big names are also set to leave Xbox Game Pass this month including A Plague Tale: Requiem and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. That means you have until October 15 to play the following:
- A Plague Tale: Requiem
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
- Crime Scene Cleaner
- Donut County
- Evil West
- Nova Roma
- Pacific Drive
- Superball
- The Casting of Frank Stone
Last month it was reported that Microsoft was set to make huge changes to Xbox Game Pass’ most-expensive Ultimate tier, including the complete removal of cloud gaming and the end of Day One releases being included in the subscription. However, Microsoft has debunked those rumours for the time being.
“We regularly test different Game Pass offerings and look at what works best for players in different markets,” a spokesperson told Forbes. “We don’t have any changes to announce today or plans that have been finalised. There are no changes to previously announced games coming to Game Pass Ultimate on day one.”
