Christine And The Queens has announced a new single, along with details of intimate UK and European shows taking place this winter.

The French singer first began hinting at a comeback earlier this month, wiping his social media channels clean and posting photos from inside the studio with the promising caption: “Folks, we cooked it enough. I think it’s time we play you the music. Stay tuned for more, and soon!”

Now, he has announced a new single coming next week, alongside four special underplay shows.

Details about the track remain vague, although according to the new Instagram post, it looks like it will be titled ‘Rendez-Vous Avec Toi’ and is set to drop on Wednesday (November 4). “I’ve been thinking about it for a long time. Of when. I’ll come starred with music. And we’ll dream together once again,” the caption read. Check it out below.

Shortly after the announcement of the single was made on Instagram, Chris then uploaded another post with details of the upcoming underplay gigs.

These will kick off in Brussels at the Botanique venue on December 1, and continue with a show at London’s Scala on December 7. From there, there are gigs at Amsterdam’s Tolhuistuin on December 8 and at Paris’s Alhambra on December 10.

“Dear comrades, I’ve missed you,” Chris wrote on Instagram. “Back on stage for four very special shows. A moment of live music, shared together, before the next journey begins.”

Tickets go on sale from Monday (November 2) at 10:30am CET and 9:30am GMT. Sign up to the newsletter for access.

The last album from Christine And The Queens was 2023’s ‘Paranoïa, Angels, True Love’, although Chris did release the ‘Hopecore’ album in 2024 under the moniker Rahim Redcar.

At the start of the year, the artist joined forces with Thee Diane for the single, ‘Ah Ya’, having previously performed it together at Paris’ Centre Pompidou last October. Thee Diane previously appeared on the cover artwork for Christine & The Queens’ 2022 album ‘Redcar les adorables étoiles’.

Before then, Chris played in Paris in autumn 2025 and broke out some of his tracks for the first time in six years. Earlier in 2025, Redcar accused Lorde of copying him “without crediting me as an inspiration”.
