The People's Defence of the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia (Serbo-Croatian: Narodna odbrana Zapadne Bosne, NOZB) was a paramilitary unit founded and led by Fikret Abdić that fought in the Intra-Bosnian Muslim War during the Bosnian War. It served as the army of the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia (APZB) with its headquarters located at Velika Kladuša.
